Chuck Henrich
President and Owner
Chuck Henrich has been an investment adviser since 2011 working with numerous families in Southwest Michigan.
As an independent advisor, Chuck has the tools and the passion for helping his clients protect their assets and reach their retirement and income planning goals. The cornerstone to his success is the vigilant recognition that losses have to be reduced and managed properly in retirement.
In addition to developing custom financial strategies for each of his clients, Chuck conducts regular meetings with them to review, confirm, and make any adjustments necessary as economic or lifestyle conditions warrant.
Chuck currently holds a Series 65 securities registration and is a Registered Investment Advisor. A series 65 securities license requires that Chuck act as a fiduciary with his clients. This means, by law, that he must always put the best interests of his clients in front of his own. Chuck is also licensed in the state of Michigan to offer both life and health insurance products.
As a professional concerned with the financial, health, and social issues facing retirees today, Chuck has received continuing education and training throughout his career. This includes being trained by Ed Slott, a nationally known author and tax planning specialist, and Scott Brooks, one of our nation’s leading experts on income planning.
Married in September of 1986, Chuck resides in Battle Creek, Michigan with his wife, Jennifer. They have two sons, Justin and Matthew, who graduated from Harper Creek High School. Justin moved back to Battle Creek in 2020 from Wisconsin to join Southwest Michigan Financial. He and his wife Erica were married in May of 2023, and had their first child in March of 2025. Matthew and his wife Taylor were married in 2016, and their son, Myles (born in 2018) and daughter Evelyn “Evie” (born in 2020) live in Battle Creek where Matthew works for Semco Energy. Chuck enjoys traveling the United States and following his beloved Michigan State University football team throughout Big 10 country, and any bowl games they attend.
